This recipe is super versatile and pairs well with any vegatable, grain, or salad as a side. Super easy to make: starts with marinading the chicken in a balsamic based marinade for anywhere from 20 minutes to 4+ hours depending on the time you have! Then, simply cook the chicken either on the grill or on the stove works just as well (and warmer since this Spring has been so F-ing cold!!!) My family eats this like it’s going out of style (literally they fight for the extra piece).

Tricia EXTRA Tips:
1. Add lightly steamed brussel sprouts or broccoli to the pan once the chicken is done cooking so that the veggies soak up the extra marinade while crisping up, the best!
2. Pound your chicken breasts before putting in them in the marinade to allow for the softest texture of the chicken
3. When cooking the chicken, don’t pour the extra marinade into the pan because the marinade will quickly burn off and evaporate leaving you with no sauce. Instead, save the marinade for the end and pour on just before taking the pan off the heat
